Mr. Alam is a Qualified Cost & Management Accountants and Fellow of ICMAB, He specializes in Low-Cost Financing Arrangements, Fund and Regulatory Management, Business Valuation and Property Valuation, Financial Management, Risk Management & Internal Control System Development, Inventory & Portfolio Management.
Mr. Alam has more than 25 years of experience in the relevant fields. At present, Mr. Alam is employed as Financial Consultant of the World Bank Funded Project named “Karnafuly Dry Dock Limited”. Before he had experience as CFO of Karnafuly Group & Ananda Shipyard Ltd and General Manager (A &F) of Sunman Group.

- Served as co-arranger of Financial Advisory Service with AB BANK PLC for procuring BDT.500 crore of AB BANK Subordinate Bond-IV.
- Served as Advisor for feasibility study and successful inclusion of Karnafuly Dry Dock Special Economic Zone as a private economic zone from BEZA at Badalpura, Anowara, Chattogram.
- Financial advisory consultancy services with IDLC Finance LTD
- Project profile, Feasibility report and business valuation to establish different concern of Urmi Group
- Property Valuation for renowned local and international organizations.
- Conducts successful Cost Audit for FY 2022-23 of Ashuganj Fertilizer & Chemical Company Ltd.
- Business Valuation for NAVANA Group for Syndication Loan etc.
